The truth is what it is. It doesn’t change. It is not subjective. It is not subject to a vote. It is not subject to an opinion. It is not subject to majority rule, or minority shouts. People try to make it what they want when they want and how they want; but they can’t. The truth is bigger than that. The truth is stronger than that. The truth will outlast any lie. The truth was the first and the last; it doesn’t change. We may grow and change, the truth doesn’t. Different people may say different things, but the truth always says the same thing. Governments and political parties may vote that their view is the true one, yet that doesn’t change the truth one iota. The Bible says: “We can do nothing against the truth; only for the truth.” How true. The truth is the truth. Everything else is a lie. To the degree it is not truth, it is a lie. The truth is so important that JESUS CHRIST HIMSELF calls HIMSELF: The Truth in John 14:6. The Bible also says that The Head, the highest, aspect of GODs’ Word is The Truth, in Psalm 119:160. Put your words against the truth and see how true your words are. If we are HIS, our words should measure up to HIS. Then put your life and all you do up against the truth and see how well or not we measure up; we must be transformed by the renewing of our minds. We must be more like HIM. We must be more like The Truth in all we do, say, and think. And that is the truth.
